ADVICE... Comedians... There are always gonna be several of us that don't like each other. Just how life works. BUT, I'm getting tired of hearing you bad mouth each other in the comedy clubs. The old rule use to be "Don't publicly talk bad about another comedian." It seems that rule has been erased, but guys, we tells JOKES for a living. One of the best jobs in the world. We as comedians have enough demons as it is. Depressed, unhappy, the list goes on and on. There's no need for us to publicly shit on anyone. I'm not telling you to not like someone, I'm not telling you to be their friends, I'm just saying STOP TRASHING THEM IN PUBLIC. It makes YOU come off bitter, jealous, and envious. Let's be adults and either A) tell the person how we feel privately and leave it alone. OR B) Ignore that persons existence and continue on about your lives. Hope this helps.

To my mama.. You were the first woman to ever love me, the person that taught me the truth about the world, taught me to always believe in myself no matter who else did or didn’t. Thank you for always taking me to the park so I could rip and run around. Thank you for everything you didn’t allow in your house so I could appreciate not doing it in my own. You taught me to stay humble and to keep God first. While being the same person that told me ‘Everybody ain’t gone like you, but that’s okay because every dog has his day and a good dog has two.’
You are truly one of a kind. You worked two jobs to support us, never failed to give me the most amazing birthdays and Christmases! Because of you, I never saw the lights get cut off, never saw an empty refrigerator and always had more than enough of everything I ever wanted and needed. You kept it together even when it seemed impossible. You showed me that if you work hard, you can have whatever you want. You showed me that you can’t depend on anyone but yourself. To walk by faith and not by sight. You are the definition of MOTHER. For every time I’ve made you mad, sad, happy and glad, I thank you for never stopping loving me. I have your face, and every time I miss you, I look in the mirror and smile (after I take away the beard and mustache of course lol) I love you so much mama, thank you for being my biggest fan and the best mama I could ever have. God bless you mama, and happy Mother’s Day. To everyone that still has their mom, or doesn’t, think of the great times you had. Pick that phone up if you can, and if you can’t, talk to them from your heart... they’ll hear it. |
